2010 Legion Baseball Late Registration

Late Registration for all Exeter Legion baseball teams will be held on Friday, Feb. 19, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Dunn Community Center. Registration is open to all players whose league age will be 13 to 19 years old. We will also accept registrations up to and including the day of tryouts for each age group. Check back for dates and times of the tryouts.

Parents' Meeting

There will be a Legion meeting on Monday, February 15th at 8:00 p.m. at the Dunn Center. This is our parent's meeting, so please make every effort to attend. The Board and coaches will be available to answer questions or address any concerns. You can view the registration letter here.

Registration for all Exeter Legion baseball teams will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2010 and Saturday, January 23, 2010 from 9AM to 2PM at the Dunn Community Center. Registration is open to all players whose league age will be 13 to 19 years old.

Manager Positions Open

Exeter American Legion Baseball is accepting applications for the Manager positions for both the Senior Legion and Junior Legion teams. Please contact the league President or Vice President (see the Contacts page) if you are interested in either position. The deadline for applications is December 20th.

Fall Baseball Clinic

We will teach and stress the fundamentals of stretching, pitching, fielding, throwing, base running and hitting. We will use drills and lectures that we use everyday in our baseball program. It is our intention to teach drills the players can work on to improve their baseball fundamentals. It is our goal to send each player home a better player.

Blue Jays Baseball 2009 Golf Tournament

Exeter American Legion Baseball is sponsoring a Golf Tournament on Friday June 5th at Arrowhead Golf Course. This event is open to all golfers, male and female. The shotgun start is at 1:00 p.m. Please arrive by 12:15 p.m. to register. The entry fee is $65 per golfer. This includes greens fee, cart and a catered buffet from Wegman's. Also there will be team and individual prizes.

Senior Legion/Babe Ruth Tryouts

The Exeter Senior Legion and Senior Babe Ruth teams will be having tryouts (rain or shine) on Sunday April 26th and Sunday May 3rd from 2 to 4 pm at the Exeter Fields (HS or JH). Tryouts are open to all players born on or after January 1, 1990.
